how do you do the part where your right hand do the triplets and left hand the 8th

HI!
Try the following:
RH: 1 quarter 2 eighths 1 quarter
LH: 3 quarters
and speak: "one o - ver eight" (or similar)
That's easy, then:
RH: 2 dotted quarters
LH: 3 quarters
So, "one" is played with both hands, "o-" is played LH, "-ver" in RH and "eight" again in LH.
There you have your 3 to 2 or 2 to 3 rythm! ;-)
