Baby ferret playing

My little baby ferret Dana playing (9 weeks old). I was just recording a movie of her playing for myself, so I was playing music in my room. It's not that I've chosen this song to be on this movie, I never hd the intention to put this movie online until it turned out to be so cute ;-)
Unfortunately, Dana is no longer with us anymore :'( On 22-10-2010 we came home and we saw Diesel (my other ferret) running around.. They escaped out of their cage and Dana got out of a kitchen window which was slightly open, but god knows how she got there.. She never managed to get on the kitchen sink.. But a ferret always leaves a clear path where it has been, so everything around the window dropped down so she must have got out this way.. I've been searching for her for weeks and she did have a micro chip, but I never found her again, dead or alive.. :(((.. I hope you rest in peace, my little girl..

Why she is so 'calm'? She had her moments haha. It had nothing to do with me, just luck.. I've had another pup but he wasn't that calm ;-) Unfortunately, my little Dana is no longer with us anymore.. :'((( After my house burned out and she survived, we had a very special bond.. But exactly 2 years later she got out of the cage when we were gone an got out of the kitchen window (god knows how).. I've been searching for her for weeks and she did have a microchip.. I never found her, dead or alive

I am so sorry about the loss of your home. Thank God your little fert survived the fire. I see your last post was 2 months ago. I hope things are going well for the both of you.

We are doing fine, of course we will never forget it but you have to go on :-)

Within a month I'm going to check if she would like to have a second ferret in our 'family' :) So I'll hopefully soon have a movie of Dana and her new friend, I think she will love it because she loves to play a lot, also with the cats of my boyfriend, I'm curious!

My daughter has had up tp five little fuzzies at one time. They all played and slept together. If they didn't want to be bothered by another one they would ignore it and walk away. All but one of little ones were rescues. She's had six altogether, now down to three. They get old too fast!

Well, we've tried, but she was soooo scared.. She was simply screaming or something. But we tried it with a few adults, so this summer we will try again if she's not scared with a little ferret pup.. If she will be still scared of that, then I will stop trying, stress is so bad for a ferret.. But I just think she would love to have a friend.. If she would know she shouldn´t be scared.. But it's up to her now :)
