Planet-X is still a long way off, not according to me but by Dr. Robert Harrington. He was (at the time of this clip) the Supervising Astronomer at the U.S. Naval Observatory (Credentials and Clout). He based his theories on the perturbations of the planets in our solar system.

What they dont tell you in that Nibiru was first hypothysised from miscalculations of Neptune's mass. They thought that there had to be another satelite (planet X) orbiting the Sun to account for Uranus's orbit. Upon finding out the true mass of Neptune, Uranus's orbit now made perfect sense, meaning that there did not need to be a Planet X to make Uranus orbit the way it does. Some people choose to ignore this fact and spread lies that there is still a Planet X.
