This culture has very slow-moving motile cells of Enterobacter aerogenes. Most of the cells are not showing motility but every now and then you see one swimming slowly and occasionally slowly tumbling. You might question whether this is a motile culture but toward the end of the video you can see cells swimming in different directions. Sometimes you have to watch a culture for several minutes to convince yourself that it truly is motile.
