In an effort to save money, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is giving homeless people one-way tickets to cities of their choice, as long as family members agree to take them in.
Candy Crowley says she's "offended" of the thought of "paying to get rid of" homeless people.
Upon introducing the panel discussion, Jessica Yellin refers to the homeless as "tax burdens." Cute.
But David Frum topped it by saying homeless people "who are really disturbed do not have relatives who are willing to take responsibility."
Moderator Wolf Blitzer keeps it civil by telling Frum: "Let's remember, these homeless are human beings, not just statistics."
At least he doesn't make them take the bus. ;-)
