Never put your cat outside! It's the worst thing for a cat, exposing him/her to parasites, disease, attack and injury. Keeping your cat outside reduces its lifespan a minimum of 5 years!
INDOORS ONLY!

@janetlw - One other part is we rescued 2 Bengals, about a yr apart. The male Bengal is dumber than dirt. Little Lucy is very beautiful marbled cat, with all the brains. Charlie (6 yrs), bengals are 4 & 2 yrs Charlie lost his alpha role to the male cry baby. Both bengals act on pure instinct, which is comical. Cry Baby sits on top of door frames. Incredible physically. Easily startled, like I sneezed 2 x, he jumped straight up 2 ft. Always on patrol. Charlie- No! He is not easily startled.

Charlie, our Tonk is a VERY verbal, sassy cat. They are genius!! Walks on leash, retrieves, needy to a fault w/always demanding & getting the attention. Trained us early on and is tolerant with us, subspecies maids in the house. All needs are met. Make-out time is early AM. No lap cat here. He climbs onto my chest, rubs his head under my chin. I best do the same with him. Very social, and knows no strangers. He ""always wants"" to go outside. If he escapes, he yells to tell us where he is.

LOL mine does the same thing! Or he sits with his eyes closed, and thinks that you can't see him.
