粄河洛人所稱的「粿仔」,北部客家人稱做「粄條」,在六堆客家庄則稱為「面帕粄」,面帕粄切成長條狀後,淋上醬汁、肉燥及大骨湯,就是一道風味絕佳的客家小吃。屏東縣八個­客家鄉鎮的面帕粄還各有不同風味,例如內埔鄉的面帕粄就放豬血和黃豌豆,佳冬鄉因靠海,早年把捕到的次級鮪魚熬湯煮面帕粄,放魚肉、蚵仔,非常有海洋風味。許多屏東客家人­會說,家鄉的面帕粄才好吃,其他地方的都不合格,屏東縣客家事務處更出版專書,介紹八鄉鎮的面帕粄店,要將在地傳統的客家美食推廣出去。宋宇娥、陳靖維帶大家去看看,這道­能勾起鄉愁的美食。
