This is a "day-in-the-life" show on TLC that examines the family life of a married couple, Jon and Kate Gosselin. The Gosselins are unusual in that they have 8 children, two of whom are twins, Mady and Cara, and 6 of whom are sextuplets, Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel.
