Over Loaded Boat, Death Vacation

Belize tours pack people into boats like sardines, they don't care if you live or die. Their boat regulations could cost you your life. The first boat came in with 52 people. I counted them, this boat was about a 35' Boat. If you count the people I would say by any safe standards it was overloaded. I took this video from the 2nd story of a waterfront Bar.Good thing this wasn't in the US as the Coast Guard would have loved to write up this violation of common sense. Hard to believe all these tourists and no one thought that nothing was abnormal. If this boat had sunk, all 52 or more would have died on this boat since it was enclosed with no way out in and emergency, Life Jackets you must be kidding, they had none.
