Unfortunately, she only turns into a person AFTER she sneezes, so we don't get to see her sneeze as a pretty girl, only as a tomato (problematic given that tomatoes don't have lungs. . . . ) Still, I do enjoy it. In fact, I think eagerly waiting for these scenes as a tyke might be my earliest memories of being attracted to sneezing.
