argentina has the best commercials i ever seen togheter with brazil ones :P

I think they were playing on the whole twin concept of Liquid and Solid Snake. The fact that they look very much alike and speak in unison may reflect that but that one has a black dress and the other a red one might reflect that even though they are almost identical, they are still two different beings. At least that's what I'm interpreting.
