Outapace song went to # 2 on the U.S. Charts in 1972. The song is a timeless classic. Billy Preston was a Musical Genius who went on to have many other big hits and he played with the Beatles. He performed on the Beatles hit "Get Back" and the single said "The Beatles with Billy Preston". That was the first time someone else shared the spotlight with the Beatles on the record label. He also performed on the Abbey Road and Let It Be albums.
