I have the gun, and believe me, they did not have the hop up set right. The range I can for a fact say is much better than that. I to was shocked when I saw the BB's doing that.

I seriously doubt this thing shoots 56 rps...at least thats what i came up with when i did 450 divided by 8. but anyway still nice

There's no way a G&P shoots 40 rps out of the box, unless your friend is using a ridiculously powerful lipo.
