@Metalhead852 Not unless you have the GTP 3.9 with 4 spd auto. The 4T65e is a great trans with a huge aftermarket. I have a Malibu SS with the same setup. I now have a built 4T65e and its worlds different from stock. Beat a Z last weekend.

@blackgxp You should do that as well. Because the GXP/GTP has the same power to weight ratio as the Si. The Si has better gearing and as a matter of fact. A stock GXP has yet to break into the high 13's where as the Si has. My Si with just I/H/E puts down more power to the ground than my 3.6 GTP. Also don't forget the shitty 6T70 transmission in the GTP/GXP is already supporting 90% of it's torque capacity which means you have to start building it after a few mods. The Si tranny is at only 40%

@blackgxp Either way 1 GXP does not = 2 350Z's in good condition. Also your GXP is FWD, heavy, soft, and has poor front-rear weight distribution. I own both an 07 G6 GTP and an 06 Civic Si. The Honda out handles the GTP by margins. The only thing the GTP has over it is it actually has tq. Your GXP also has a tranny that is supporting 84% of it's intended output. So your room for grown is very limited. Great car but it in no way is better than a real sports car which the 350 is.

@blackgxp Well i guess ur a fucking idiot!!!! The 350z has better suspension, motor, and design. The gxp is not a sleeper, and it looks like shit. If u wanted a good pontiac u should have gotten the GTO. This conversation is stupid, the g6 is gay!

The G6 was not made for drag racing (neither was the 350z for that matter). Tools just buy these cars generally in auto too and take them out to race illegally.

Either way, the Z would win against the G6 gxp any-day. I have an 07 350z :)

@02max245 the grand am would be better to get and mod the 3.4l is better and i've seen one beat a 350z.
