Differentiating Yourself

Now I realize in your profession and your line of work, there are times at
which it makes perfect sense to be on. To have all your devices switched on
because if you get back to that customer or what prospect within a minute
that could make a difference. However as Orin said you never want to fall
into the comodady trap, they see you as a comodody thats when you gotta get
back within a minute. But if you differentiate yourself, your the only one
that can offer this particular product or this kind of backup and service
and all the other things that come in that package then maybe, just maybe it
wont matter whether you call back in a minute or ten minutes because they
gotta have you. You differentiated yourself.
