Luckily I only had very mild dyspraxia, meaning I had to work on throwing, catching, balancing under sporting conditions (though those three are still fairly shit) and that kind of stuff. I'm realising that I'm fortunate to not have it affecting my speech and mobility, and a sympathise with anyone who had the condition.

@klieko1990 I am 20 and have dyspraxia too, I have a lot of trouble at work, remembering things, communicating etc and really struggled at school. However, you are correct, people who have dyspraxia are capable of being very bright and creative. You just need time and space.

I'm 21 and I have known that I have dyspraxia since I was a child. Thankfully I don't have difficulty with my balance, but when I write (in my own language: Dutch) or talk you can see/hear that my sentence structure is wrong. And right now I'm having difficulty with learning to drive and troubles at work. But if you give someone with dyspraxia your patience and time. That person can achieve many things he/she want to. But it just needs time

As a parent of a young adult dyspraxic I think this clip is an excellent descriptor of what its like to live with a dyspraxic - wish we could circulate to all of the teaching profession!
