what a great film =) I've been a vegetarian now for four years and am very happy and pleased with my vegetarian life style .

@southboy99 It didn't say they're strong due to vegetarian diets. It said being vegetarian doesn't mean being weak, then showed vegetarian animals that are not weak.
Humans don't eat seeds, nuts, herbs, roots, grubs, and leaves? Yes they do.
Leaves? What about cabbage, lettuce, spinach, thyme...

You can't compare a Gorilla or a Bull being strong due to their vegitarian diets. For one, Humans can't eat the food that a Bull or Gorilla eats. When was the last time you seen a human eating leaves on a tree? We can't.
Vitamin B12 is made by bacteria?? O_O Wow, you learn something everyday - I had no idea. :-) I knew you only need a tiny amount and it's the only vitamin the body can store for up to twelve years. Wow! Awesome documantry. I've been vegan for a month and it's the best thing I've ever done. :-D
