Great video. Something I practice a lot on my punching robot arms. Most people give a tel' and you'll have time to block and counter like here, but when there is no tel' and either hand may strike out FAST and your now in punch range, that is more tricky but can be done if your mind is set right, if it's not, you'll likely get hit. People have to be aware of what they can react to and can't. If you understand time, you have a huge advantage. It's either your friend or enemy.
