Raymond is actually wrong concerning technical blueprints. In fact, there have been recent releases of the Saturn V technical drawings. I actually have one on my wall. To think that the F-2 engines required such a complex system of steam drivin, hydraulic, electrical, and of course, combustible, systems astounds me. That there was secrecy behind the S-V should come as no surprise. Especially considering the cold war. That this information is now publicly available is a boon to all enthusiasts.
