Just attended today an Ethiopian New Year's Celebration and we had lots of Injera. I like it as it's similar to our rice cake.
It's always good try others' culture especially when it comes to food. Especially that, they do it the traditional way. It's really a different experience. Especially how they welcome and entertain you. They have sensible and warm personalities. Easy to get along with.
