Law ~ Paul Poison Arrow Tag Combo Countered!!!

Ok, everyone knows the special tag combo that Law and Paul have in Tekken Tag Tournament, right?

Well, a long time ago (1999 to be specific) when Namco hosted the TTT Arcade Tournamet I pull off this counter.

In the semifinals, I faced one guy that used the same team that I was using, Law-Paul, the fight starts and we tried to beat each other, then in the last round of the last fight, this guy pull off Law's Poison Arrow (wich is the 1st hit you need to connect in order to pull off the complete tag combo) and he connected it to me, but I was able to counter the whole combo with the same combo.

Since then, I pull off this counter against challengers that uses the same team that I do, but during the past week I noticed this combo is not well known and I decided to show it to everyone.

So, here it is, the game was played on a PS3, the quality of the video is crappy, so please don't be hard with me, it took me more than 5 min to pull it off as I did in the tournament that day (I'm a little rusty with the frames...) but as soon as I can I will remade the video (hopefully) with much less crappyness...

Ok, como he visto que hay unos cuantos despistados que no entienden la idea de este combo... aqui la descripcion del mismo.

Este es un COUNTER al Poison Arrow Tag Combo de Law-Paul, entiendanlo, es un COUNTER!!!

La idea de esto es recibir el Poison Arrow de Law, sacarlo antes de que entre Paul y en vez de recibir el combo, conectarlo a quien se supone que lo va a conectar.

Vean los ultimos segundos del video, a partir de 2:02 y fijense muy bien, Law (2P) es quien conecta el Posion Arrow a Law (1P)... pero este hace el Tag inmediatamente y entra Paul (1P) antes que Paul (2P)... quien termina recibiendo el Tag Combo, cuando lo mas logico seria que Paul (2P) terminara conectando los dos golpes para despues salir y asi Law (2P) pudiera entrar para conectar el ultimo hit, cosa que no sucede ya que es Law (1P) quien termina el Tag Combo.

No tiene nada de dificil este Counter, solo es cuestion de reflejos, si tarde en conectarlo tal y como lo hice aquel dia en el Torneo fue por que ya tenia bastante que no jugaba TTT y estaba algo oxidado con los fps...

Espero que ahora si entiendan la idea del Counter to Poison Arrow Tag Combo.

Creo que no leyeron la descripcion... o tal vez no entienden ingles... el combo no es lo "dificil" que de hecho no hay nada del otro mundo en este COUNTER POISON ARROW TAG COMBO...

Lo que si es que se requieren de reflejos para sacar a Law justo despues de que le conectan el Poison Arrow para que entre Paul y termine el combo que se supone va a recibir... captan la idea?

OMAN i had this game 4 like 5!! years and i just found out about the combo tihs week (sigh)......tekken tag namco should of inclued that (ttt)as at least a feature on tekken 6
