ABS Bowling with Pure Momentum and Full Swing

This is my 1st video posted on youtube...trying to better my bowling...I'm having timing issues and really have not grasped the concept of the relaese fully...any critics are welcomed, good or bad...thanks!

@TheBeck40: I'm definitely working on that feeling. The video only proves what people have mentioned what I'm doing, which is coming around the ball too early. I'm trying to keep the palm facing upwards more to ensure I've stayed behind the ball. It's tough though. Any other suggestions or swing thoughts to help stay behind the ball more?

Try to keep your hand on the back of the ball better, you'll get a better reaction from the ball. It will be more predictable too. Keep it up =)

The only thing i can see that may improve that form, is to MOON WALK back from the line. Very nice form!
