易筋經是中國古代流傳下來,深受廣大群眾喜愛的一種變易筋骨的健身方法。動作基本上保留傳統易筋經十二勢精要,在十二勢的基礎上進行修正;基本沿用十二勢原始名稱,古樸中­體現新意;並以不同架勢、意守部位、調息次數等變化適應不同年齡層次及不同健康狀況人群的需要。該視頻中的動作針對不同的鍛煉部位,簡化了練習方法和程序,主要適應人群為­中老年。與諸君分享并歡迎提出寶貴意見!
