How long ago did you buy them? I'm hearing some people are having luck doing credit card chargebacks and Paypal disputes.

Anyone with an ounce of common sense can see that this creative, honest person (and the other business owners like her) are the ones who deserve to thrive in this tough economy.

Three cheers for you and this awesome video. Doe Dreadful is looking more and more like a liar each day. Oh Deere! Someone is a scam artist!

I know where I'll be spending my money!

I'm so glad I saw this. I was beginning to wonder why I couldn't just go buy colored micas if that's all the eyeshadow was.

Ok, I do have to admit. I looked at her blog the other day and I am envious of her shapely ankles that she shows when trying on pretty shoes. I think that's about where it ends though. It's an ankle thing, I have to admit it. I'm guilty. HA!

This is the best vid for so many reasons! I love her commentary- the denim apron is SWEET and Miss K knows her stuff. Thank you for your makeup Kristen!

Miss K, you are such a sweetheart. I discovered your products two years ago through the wonderful Miss EA and have been a fan ever since.

I have to say I find this mixing fascinating and it gives me a new appreciation for all the hard work you do. I would love to see more of these "Behind the Scenes" videos.

Hmm it won't let me post a link, but Google:

Is it a crime to look this good?: Lime Crime Makeup

And scroll down to the comments. The article is over a month old but the thread is still going strong. A lot of angry ex-Lime Crime fans!

Love it how you show what's the true meaning by Creating colors. Yeah, that doe deere of Limecrime, her video almost made me protest. Yours should be shown to customers because this is how professionals make colors.

Interesting thing though, I bought a sample of Unicorn (regret that I didn't get FS) it looks like yellow in the bag, but was SO interesting when on my lids, nice play on colors, miss K!

I hate buying dupes over and over and over and well, you get the idea... 3 thumbs up!

To which I add- repackaging has become rampant in this industry in the last few years... but I had NO idea that consumers were as aware, or as upset about it until the days before I wrote my 9/18 blog post, "The Pure Hue Conundrum". Repackaging has mainly been an issue b/c the companies that do it severely undercut on pricing- not the other way around.
