That train is a 700 Series. Max Speed 275km/h.

I this the point of this slow down is as it approches the station it's a requirment even if it's just a pass by for safty.

Not sure how fast it was. Three trains passed through like that, but the first one seemed alot faster, just couldn't get my camera out in time.
