weak? no we in canada have by far one of the top rated militarys in the world theres amercia and russia ,china ,britian ,france ,germany and then theres canada we rank pretty damn high (in ablities and equipment not numbers) for a nation that only ranks 38th in population . we are constantley beting our allies in wargames and traing excersis's 80% of the time canada and amercia train or fight side by side canada proves to be the better skilled we been invaded twice by amercia and fought ww1&ww2

Actually, as a Canadian I do agree with that to some extent. I don't think it was because we were the "weak kid" considiring, believe it or not, we have a military and is powerfull too. The weak kid would of been a second world country that is not prepared for an attack. They went after America because America is the main focus of all world wide media. They knew an attack would get them attention, despite the fact there were worse things in other country's.
