Students share reading rap video!

DOE's teacher liaison, Kelly Seay, recently worked with "50 LARGE," a drop-out prevention group in Leon County, to record a short reading rap video. The boys, along with Florida State University student-tutors, wrote the song to encourage students to stay focused on school and read every day. 50 LARGE is an opportunity for young men who have had serious problems in the past make a fresh start.
