    i hate to sound shrewish but it depends on the type of thought that it is, if someone were to think (in a premeditated way) about doing something like this, KILL HIM. If someone were to think about it as a form of stress relief with no actual intent on doing it, let him be.

    i'm one of the persons that thinks this is just sick!! And u say i'm not very diffrent from him, but you're wrong... I've got bitten by a dog, he's still alife!! I just could'nt let him die!! And i'm a vega (vegetarian)!! Reasons enough??
