The drummer playing for Animal is Ronnie Verrell. Funny, in all the postings of this clip, no one every seemed to ask who was actually playing against Buddy Rich. When I first saw it, all I could think about was whoever the other drummer was, he must be a motherfucker of a player, to pull it off. Ronnie Verrell did all of Animal's drumming, he died in 2002, he was a well regarded big band drummer in the UK. Animal's voice is done by Frank Oz, until recently replaced by Eric Jacobson.
