i need help. thermostat calling for heat but i have no heat. My air handler w/ DX coil & hydronic coil, boilers lit and hot, chiller is off, pumps not running, blower not running, no voltage at thermostat, 24 volts at pump relay. when i jump out the pump relay, the pump starts. i don't know whats wrong. help.

Great video. I am a heating engineer from the UK and I love seeing all the different system utilised around the world. I must say on the heating controls front you seem about 5 years ahead of the UK technology wise. Keep up the goodwork

How can you not see the primary looped?????????? geek31 ???look again..I saw it during the first 10 secs of this video...dont be such a negative nelly...this guy did a nice boiler job and is sharing it....let's see some of your work..a

I've looked at the piping of this Trinity and I don't see the primary loop that is required on all Trinity Boilers. I've installed over 20 of these units and a Primary looped is needed so you don't burn out the Heat exchanger.

@geek31 There are 3 primary loops only one will run at a time and they are all powered by a UPS 26 so the boiler gets lots of flow and the heat exchanger wont burn out. I have also installed over 20 of these boilers and serviced even more gutting one right down to the shell and rebuilding it. "I KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT".
