Thanks for your comment. I agree with you. HYM provides a great opportunity for all youngsters and kids who want to learn music, at a cost next to nothing, and the least we can do is to spread the word around. I'll see what I can do. I too have a number of concerts recorded at the Great Hall. Was nervous of being told off for filming, but noone objected so far.

goonewj- you should seriously put that concert on here , even if it might be 'breaching copyright' cos there r hardly any hym songs on youtube nd there all great. The extravaganza was amazing, and yet there were no official recordings, let alone videos, of the concert. unless you can actually identify many of the children in your recording, i can't really see any harm in uploading it. after all, we spent ages rehearsing so would be a great example to anyone wishing to join HYM in the future.:)

My daughter played violin there too. The whole thing was amazing. Proud to be living in Harrow and proud of all the talent of our sons and daughters, and sheer dedication of the teachers. My hats off to them!

Hey, I recorded some of the first half items, before I was asked not to record by a steward. This concert rocked and its a shame I couldn't record the whole thing. I managed to capture the entire concert in 2007 though!! Didn't want to put it on youtube because of children involved. Now that you guys have already shared it, so I might consider too. Great work, keep it up and all the best !
