Packs of stray dogs in Moscow's streets and parks are increasingly attacking people, sometimes with fatal consequences. The government says it plans to spend $US 64 million to tackle the problem.

Just as long as you do it quick and painless with one shot to the head, then who cares, these dogs cannot be "rehabilitated", they are practically wolves, can you rehabilitate wolves? No.

I am also a dog lover, but fuck, these dogs need to be killed.
