In a Rolling Stone article she said that Monarch is like an 'awkward high school photo she doesn't want anyone to look at' so that's why it won't be in print anytime soon. I personally love it.

She is more Twee/Pop compromising than anything else... so I agree with WTF do Placebo have to do with this.
