  • Steven Relford ( son of Shirley Vian ) told PD the killer was wearing a police uniform. ( which turns out - it was a PD type uniform )

  • @AOExtraordinary Oh my.That must be so dusgusting for them.It would be justice if he were to kill himself, since they can not exacute him.

  • @fuzzywuzzy2622 It was horrable for all of us , you know ,we lived it.

  • These grusome murders were commited when I lived in Wichita. I lived very close to McConnall AFB, I worked at McConnall AFB. Denis the INSAINE Rader was in the ("Air National Guards ") - no doubt he did go onto the base.

  • @AOExtraordinary Thats the life just lie back and relax and do nothing :)

  • This was scary for me back in the day when I first heard about him. I used to live in Burns which is an hour and a half from Wichita, and now I live in El Dorado, where my brothers work in the correctional facility here and they see him everyday...they say he doesn't talk. No one had heard him talk since he was first put in there. All he does is sit in the cell or sleep.

  • Excellent doc, captures exactly how it went down.Tells story from a to b unlike most serial killer docs that tell it from b to a by revealing killer and focusing entirly on him, this is told from perspective opf victims and police and finally btk

  • A) The purpose of prison is NOT rehabilitation: that ended in the late '70's as the conservative movement started controlling the courts. B) The presence of one lifer does not preclude the additon of further inmates; prison does not work like that, they will overcrowd as much as necessary. C) The study of psychos is more important than state-sponsored murder, since we need to know more, and they may help solve further crimes.

  • @Dr1Canuckchuck The point of prison is generally to rehabilitate people. I really don't think there would be much of a problem in executing those that commit murder and have been sentenced to life without parole. There are people who could be reformed that can't sit in those cells because they will be occupied for half a century by people who are just going to die there and possibly do more damage within the prison.
