do you have to get at&t in order to fully activate it?

nope. the people at the apple store or att only plug it into itunes. from there, u activate it with ur address and personal information

i know. im with u on that. i was recording this with my crappy camera so the quality isnt that great. my other camera got stolen so i have to stick with this crap. some of my latest videos have been videos recorded with my iphone 3gs

Help: Last month my brother gave me his old iPhone (1st Gen) and I activated it.. just a few days ago I placed an order for a new Iphone 3GS.. after activating it will I be charged a "termination fee"?? I was reading about on another site.. can anyone help?
