How to make amazing almond truffles inspired by a Moroccan cookie called Zellige. Usually the 'Zellige' cookie is an almond paste sandwiched between two layers of chocolate and has a squared shape. These truffles are filled with almond paste, dipped in chocolate, and rolled in various coatings.

  • your cooking chanel is so good and you explain so accurate that you make it look so easy, although is so hard to transform oz in grams and other measures that u use. also you say usually to cook at 350 or 300 degrees. my oven has until 250 degrees Celsius. r u speaking in Fahrenheit degrees or in Celcius? thank you

  • @MurasakiVampire

I am talking about Fahrenheit degrees. You can google how to transfer oz to other measurements, and it will give you the accurate conversion.
