Joaquin did Johnny proud with his portrayal & singing! He was indeed very believable walking in "The Man in Black's" shoes.

@Spyflugan91 Pooh, well, the height doesn't mean as much as it would appear. Let me tell you something. According to Conan Doyle Sherlock was a tall guy, right ? Well, one of the best movie Sherlocks of all ages (and, according to some opinions THE best - Her Majesty the Queen has also been said to like him a lot :)), the Russian actor Vasiliy Livanov is rather shortish than medium-height, but in terms of acting he is so convincing that one just forgets. I guess it's pretty much tje same here.

@cuteelmolover77 in my opinion nope maybe its much smoother to you but as for me i love johnny cash and i prefer his deeper rougher voice i would like to have mr. cash's voice but hey if i couldn't i would take mr. phoenix's instead
