Ian Duncan in Frida Kahlo's Bathroom

Whenever I go to Mexico City, the one place I must visit is the Museo Frida Kahlo, because she is one of my favourite artists of all time. The long-time lover of iconic muralist Diego Rivera, the two of them had this beautiful house in the neighbourhood of Coyoacan in Mexico City, a house all painted in bright blue outside. And inside you see her painting materials, easels, her wheelchair, the bed she painted in while she was paralyzed, plus a fantastic collection of her great works hanging in the house. So if you go to Mexico City be sure to visit her house, it's an experience well worth the trip, especially if you're already familiar with her. If you're not, just do a search on Wikipedia or something to read up on her life and the influence she had, since it's quite impressive. The only problem I had there was the very serious security guard warned me there are to be no photos, no videos, "absolutamente nada!" while visiting the house, so the best I could do was sneak a video of myself in the bathroom mirror to help remember my time there, lol. So here it is...

Who needs footage of Frida's house when we have all that in the mirror to distract us! Even you were talking to YOU and not to the camera, lol. Hope you had fun! I'm coming to Toronto in a couple of weeks!
