Machine in operation making custom seamless aluminum 1-piece gutter system with built in top cover at my real life home by two Englert Leafguard installers.

Sneak peak of sights & sounds from homeowner's view of equipment used, installation process & machine making the lengths of straight gutter for leafguard system.

Liberal caulking to seal seams, pop riveting to secure & spray touch up paint for custom corners & strapping pieces.

Remove old & replace with new white gutters. Installation took 1.5 days to complete with 283 linear feet, 120-ft downspouts, 4 inside corners, 8 outside corners, 14 elbows and 8 drain adapters.

Eye sight & a level were used to ensure correct hanging angle. Slight slope of gutters toward downspouts for efficient drainage & hopefully achieve no flat spots for potential accumulation of water & debris.

Slick looking gutter system setup "dresses" up house nicely. Time will tell how well system works as compared to conventional gutters at half the price.

Designed to shed water, leaves & pine needles away, never needs cleaning so they say.

Purchased through affiliation with Costco. LeafGuard has the Good Housekeeper seal of approval & claim to fame quote... the only one-piece seamless debris-shedding gutter on the market today.

  • Looks like you got yourself some nice gutters. That was pretty cool.

    Thanks Rick,

Been no rain yet to test em but first thing I noticed was the birds cannot perch themselves on edge any more or build their nests in the downspout sections like they used to because of the design! ... yeaah!

  • I've had these gutters for many many many years. One section under a tree does get clogged periodically - leaves can slide into the slit and the downspout clogged. Englert people will come out, lifetime guaranteed, and clean out. I cleaned it out once myself. Not an easy task. Overall worth it I think.
