  • @EricSchwin22 Taking a 45 minute nap each day is very healthy for you.

  • I get up at 6am work 8 hour take a NAP when I get home eat a big dinner then go to the gym 7:30 to 9.

    EAT a big 2nd dinner go home play on my computer in my room until 11:30 then go to sleep with-out any problem and wake the next day well rested

  • avoid naps? No thanks...I love my naps.
