i think i would be able to beat this mission, but the 2 minute wait at the beginning always annoys me so much i quit after like three goes >:(

If you haven't passed the fifth place car by (or in) the karrousel you pretty much have to start over.

i'm on the NTSC version and i can only get within 4 seconds of that 300SL

a esta mision yo la hago con los ojos cerrados ,al primer coche hay que pasarlo en la mitad de la rrecta larga que esta antes del carrousel si no lo has hecho en ese momento difil que la hagas salvo que mejores mucho tu manejo en la mitad de carrera que te queda .saludos

I managed to get a time of 9:09:437 on a clean run. I might try to get a 9:08 time eventually if it's even possible. The fastest time I've seen was 9:02, but that's from starting at 1:55. Add eight seconds and you get 9:10, so 9:08 may be impossible.

For those who are asking, the NTSC version gives the SL300 a 123 second head start while the PAL version only gives a 115 second head start. Obviously, one is much harder than the other one.
