Senior SABC radio reporter Angie Kapelianis chats to Nelson Mandela's personal chef of 19 years, Xoliswa Ndoyiya, who launched her cookery book on February 2, 2012. Ukutya Kwasekhaya: Tastes from Nelson Mandela's Kitchen contains a collection of more than 60 recipes.

On the 2nd of February 1990, Xoliswa Ndoyiya and her fiance were at their Berea flat in Johannesburg with some friends listening to President FW de Klerk opening Parliament in Cape Town.
