You peel a banana then cut it so the end is flat, then you rub it from the inside to the outside for a couple minutes. it works

@ChandoProductions no toothpaste actually has fine particles that scratch the disc more, bananas help to some degree, i wouldn't count on them to fix a disc though. but they do improve it.
