Great lifts guy. I have the exact same build as you 150lbs 5'8 @ 21 yrs old lol except my legs are no near as strong as yours. How did you train to be able to squat that much? It seems like your legs/hips are stronger than your back. But for me my back is stronger than my legs, which it why i dropped the deadlift and only focused on squats. Ever since i started squatting i've only used atg squats but i recently switched to box squats which i hope they will help.

@604josh What are you talking about. it says he weighs 148.8lbs which is the size of an 'average man" and an inch shy of average height. He is godly strong for his size. He still looks flexible and in good conditioning. He could probably wreck alot of people. especially if he made that his priority. He is an outstanding powerlifter, show some respect!

Nice vid man beastly dl and squat for your size

needs a button to push that says
"That was easy."

Strong. Shame an average man would wreck his 135lb frame like nothing.

@bigwigglystyleyadigg Good job man, it's a fun sport. Every lifter you meet, no matter how strong will help you out. It's all about training smart, the best lifter is the guy or woman who trained the longest without getting injured. If you're having an off day don't push it, it's not a sprint, it's a marathon. If you want any tips, let me know. I'm not the strongest, but I'll do what I can.
