Blue Whale Poop Floats in the Ocean

This may be more detail than some people care for, but it's interesting for those who study Cetaceans. After a Blue whale surfaced, it pooped before diving down. It's red because the shells of the krill it eats are not digested. Some people on our boat collected a specimen for further study of the Blue whale's diet.
