Hi, I created my own model class for dynamic mesh which contains groups mesh, texture info, bones, boundings and store animation keyframe info.
XNA creator club is a cool place to start learning XNA framework, there's a skinned model sample that you can download from the site.

Which one dude? The game engine itself or just the MS3D(MilkShape) file parsing which support bone animation for XNA or sky cube I made ;)), the ninja model was made by Psionic and you can get it also for free.
