In fact the "Dallas Morning News reports that Texas recieved 38 million dollars in stimulus money August 2009. Just because Perry can say that he'll refuse money from the Fed doesn't mean he's telling the truth.

@gobigorange99 Unlike the rest of the states, Texas was the only one to refuse Stimulus money. If you know Texas, its actually very well off than the rest of the country.
If anyone needs to pay back the Fed its California. Unfortunately there bankrupt. and because why? They spend and borrow there asses off, much like our Federal Government.
Is the Fed going to collapse like california? Yes. Its inevitable.
