Given all of the fallacies that Reid commits I must conclude that he is either smart and a self-aggrandizing manipulator or he is ignorant of logical capability and therefore at least poorly educated and maybe stupid. Perhaps there is a third alternative that you can think of. The other amazing thing is that no one called him on it. The senator's logical communication is worst than you would find about anywhere. The evidence speaks for itself.
