hi with regards to your coments on how to disable the application programs, is it the one located in the system 32 folder

should i take that thing out in the sys32 folder

ex: to disable notepad you would move this file (notepad.exe)

located here:

%windir%\system32\notepad.exe

and hide it.

if you right click on the application launch file, and choose properties it will tell you where it is located. Thats the one you want to move or hide.

hi can ask you something, in my office i have my own computer and some of my office mate always trying to use it when im not around, its prohibited for us to put a password on our computer just in case of emergency report or staff like that. i just want to disable my microsoft office windows like word documents, spread sheets, exel, drawings, formulas, presentation, database, templates, can you help me please thank you very much

If you disable it for them then it would be disabled for you too, you could take the (exe) file and move it and don't tell them where it is so they cant launch it., for example, to disable notepad you would move this file (notepad.exe)

i have been using adaware for some time now,it is not doing a free web update,i took down the latest verson,sill wont let me do a web uodate,can anyone give me a help,i am not that great on a computer,lol trying to teach myself,thanks all,great day to all

lol really wierd im scanning whit adware new version it says its found a spyware well it dont come up the list where u can see all infected items under the scan thats wierd ........
