I like it, I lived in Sacramento for 7 years and they had a lot of good programs. I like What the Gov is doing out there. I know that what ever California does the rest of the nation will have to follow, like the Smoking ban in public places law has reached the mid-west and south now. Thanks for your comment.

@bodyraddoc I have been denied medical care, I am a USA citizen. Going to the ER is nothing, I broke my leg they wouldn't fix it. They wrote me a prescription that cost $900 to fill, and I couldn't. I had to come up with the money myself you moron. Americans are seriously the dumbest people in the world and you're the poorest people too, you are lead to believe you live a first world life but I am european and living in USA and I hate the usa its so trashy and poor, look at it all over, EW

@bodyraddoc It's overloaded because some people abuse the system. I agree there's a problem in Canada's healthcare. BUT keep in mind that if the coverage was limited and people were charged nominal fees, there would be less of that.

It would be affordable, but will not be abused or exploited. People who's never had serious life threatening illnesses obviously cannot understand why America's health care is a pile of rat shit.

You have no idea how bad Kaiser really is unless you work for them as a physician. They do as many short cuts as possible to save money and not by choice. Radiology reads must be dictated within the shortest amount of time possible. There is so many things that go on, you would need to have gone to medical school and at least fours years of residency to understand how bad Kaiser is and I don't have the time to explain it to people that don't care or would argue for the sake of arguing. OC is bad

There is a very small majority of people that really need our help. These are the people that work hard everyday and do everything to get ahead and still seem unable to. We need to help them most of all. Offer free budgeting analysis through donations and give them a temporary free healthcare card no matter what illness they may have. But in no way should they feed off me because I need to feed my own kids to better prepare them for the future.

The government should not be in the business of healthcare,taxation,banking (fannie mae is a perfect example). The government was set up only to protect our freedoms, not to operate like big brother and our local nanny. Private is the best and only true solution. There are 48million people without ins. and that includes the 15mil illegals in this country and 70% of the others that were to lazy to finish school and or just had way too many kids so they can get welfare benefits.

No one in the United States is denied medical care. Even if your from another country illegally. Next time visit the local E.R and you will see why our healthcare system is out of control. As a ex active duty officer at TAFB and having to go to the VA on base, it was a real pain in the neck. It took far too long to be seen and when you have kids that are sick, it makes things worse. VA is what a Universal healthcare program would look like and believe me, you don't want it.
